Embroidery vs. Printed Logos
Embroidery provides a dimensional stitched finish suited to many polos, caps, jackets, uniforms, and bags. Printing is often better for fine detail, gradients, large artwork, lightweight garments, or designs that should not add thread weight.
Choose embroidery: Use embroidery for a dimensional professional finish on stable materials. Simplified artwork and suitable stitch size improve legibility.
Choose printing: Use screen printing, DTG, DTF, or another print method when artwork detail, color treatment, garment weight, or placement makes thread unsuitable.
Review the product first: Seams, pockets, fabric stretch, water-resistant coatings, and available decoration areas can change the recommendation.
